Love Panda® Makes a Lot of Cute Friends at NYC Halloween Parade!
The annual Greenwich Village Halloween Parade swept through New York City Monday night when more than 50.000 dancers, musicians, puppeteers, zombies and revelers marched up 6th Avenue with a background track of drums, club music, jazz, blues and electronic music as thousands of onlookers snapped photos and jumped into the fray. The 39th annual Village Halloween parade proved once again that the spectacle continues to exceed the prior year’s parade.
This year's theme the "Eye/I of the Beholder" prompted creators to design a cloud of eye-shaped objects to float and move above Sixth Avenue, appearing to "look down" on the weird scene of ghouls, vampires, devils and multicolored costumed paraders and applauding onlookers.
NYC Halloween Parade brought spookiness to the streets with skeletons, floating eyeballs, and Occupy Wall Street protesters dressed as budget axes. Occupy Halloween, a contingent from the Occupy Wall Street movement further downtown had some excellent corporate zombies and political bloodsuckers. The parade, was a perfectly mixed cocktail of craziness and creativity! Love Panda® couldn't miss such an amazing event! The crowd was very excited to see a giant panda bear dancing, blowing kisses to everyone and waving cute panda paws. Love Panda® brought to the Parade a lot of cuteness, positive thoughts and smiles on kid's faces! Below is a video of Love Panda®and the atmosphere from the Halloween Parade. Enjoy watching and have a Cute and Happy day!
